What to expect
Most events follow this timeline — we adjust for your venue and dates.
1–2 weeks before
Share venue, dates, attendee count, and streaming needs. We schedule a free site survey.
Survey day
We check fiber path, WiFi coverage, power, and recommend dedicated bandwidth (not guest WiFi sharing).
Before event
Install, configure VLANs if needed, and test at the same time of day as your peak usage.
Event day
On-site engineer on call. Monitor backhaul and WiFi during key sessions.
After event
Teardown and handover. Venue left clean. Repeat clients get faster deploy at pre-wired venues.
