How many users can you support?+

We size AP count and backhaul based on concurrent users, not total attendance. A 500-person conference typically needs 6–12 APs plus dedicated backhaul.

Is venue WiFi enough?+

Hotel and convention WiFi is shared and downstream-heavy. Registration desks, live streams, and POS need dedicated capacity — especially during peak sessions.

Do you provide ethernet drops for exhibitors?+

Yes. Exhibitor drops, registration desks, and AV racks can be on isolated VLANs with guaranteed bandwidth.
